We may only process your personal data if we have a legal basis to do so. We process your data based on the following grounds:

• Performance of a Contract: Necessary to prepare and execute the appraisal agreement.

5. Security and CAPI Tracking

To optimally protect your personal data against theft or misuse, we utilize an advanced server-side tracking model (Meta Conversions API - CAPI). When lead details are submitted via our request form, your first name, last name, and email address are immediately encrypted client-side using a cryptographically secure SHA-256 hashing algorithm before transit.

These encrypted tokens are then sent via a secure API endpoint on our server. This ensures that your raw private data remains fully shielded from third-party scripts and browser extensions.

We do not store your personal details longer than strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, unless a legal obligation (such as the Dutch fiscal retention obligation of 7 years for business records) requires us to preserve the data longer.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We share your information exclusively with parties directly involved in executing your appraisal request (such as the matched local NRVT appraiser and the NWWI validation institute) and processors acting on our behalf (such as HubSpot CRM for calendar bookings). Strict data processing agreements are in place with all these partners.
